WORLD WIDE WARRANTY

LOC Outdoors AB warrants products purchased from a LOC dealer or the LOC Website against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of two years. The purchase must be verified by a valid sales receipt.

The warranty applies to common use and does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, improper usage, accidents, unauthorised/own repair or modifications (DO NOT USE AQUASEAL OR AQUASURE AS THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY!), lack of proper maintenance or normal wear and tear. Lack of proper maintenance will cause abnormal deterioration.

SHIPPING

The owner/sender is responsible for shipping costs to the LOC repair centre. LOC will, if it is a valid warranty claim, repair or replace the product at our own discretion, without charge. LOC will cover the shipping cost back to the owner. If it is a damage caused by the user, the owner pays all shipping costs and other possible handling fees (Such as cleaning and drying should you fail to send us a dry and clean wader etc.)

In the event that LOC replace your waders, the replaced products is the property of LOC Outdoors AB, Sweden.

NOTE: Cost for all related customs and duty charges is covered by the owner.

90-DAY
LEAK REASSURANCE

In the unlikely event of your waders starting to leak during the first 90-days of ownership due to manufacturing or material faults (from the date on your receipt), we will either replace your waders with a new pair in the same size you originally purchased* or we will repair them at no cost depending on the fault. Just return your leaking waders along with your original proof of purchase. Download the service & repairs form below and write a short description of where the leak is and what has happened (this is so that we can learn and make even better waders in the future) and you will have a new pair shipped to you as soon as possible.*

REPAIR & SERVICE

Should your LOC Waders fail due to excessive use, accidents or the natural breakdown over time of materials and components, our service and repairs department will try their best to fix your waders in the most cost-effective way possible.

If our service and repairs department conclude that your waders are beyond repair, we will contact you and come to an agreement on how to move forward.

Damaged or defective waders must be returned to LOC or the LOC dealer where you bought them. Your waders will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. After assessment we will contact you with our recommendation on how to proceed. Your waders will be returned 30 days from the last contact with you if you fail to get back to us.

You, the customer, is responsible for charges related to shipping.

REPAIRS DUE
TO ACCIDENTS

If your wader needs repair due to any other reason than faulty materials and/or workmanship we will repair your waders, if possible, for a fee. Send in your clean and dry waders to the shop where you bought them or if bought on our website, directly to the LOC Service Centre (address below). After our service dept. has done their assessment wen or a shop representative will contact you with a quote for the repair. Normal time for repairs is approx. 2-3 weeks from the time your waders arrive to us (not including transit to and from the LOC Service Centre)

HOW TO SEND YOUR LOC WADERS FOR REPAIR OR WARRANTY CLAIM?

If you want to send your waders to LOC for repairs or if you have a warranty claim, the wader needs to be clean and dry when you send them off. A dirty and/or wet wader will be returned in the same way they arrived. No repairs or service will be carried out and all costs for sending your waders back will be charged to you, including an administrations cost of 20 Euro/USD.

You also need to print out and fill in the Repair & Service Form below and send it together with the waders. Please also send a photo/digital copy of the form to: service@locwading.com for our records.

LOC is not responsible for packages lost in transit or any lost items, so please remove accessories and empty pockets from things you want to keep.

HOW TO SHIP
1. Make sure the product is clean and completely dry both inside and outside. LOC do not handle wet or dirty products.
2. Fold the waders nicely and pack it into a box of your choice. Don’t use a larger box than necessary.
3. Put a copy of the Service and Repair Form into the box. Important!!!
