We realise that our waders aren´t for everyone. If you for some reason don´t want to keep your LOC 3D-Mesh Tech™ Waders, you have the opportunity to return them to us. And we will give you a full refund of course.

All you have to do is send the waders back to us within 14 days of purchase.

The waders has to be unused, clean and in mint condition (no visible scratches or other damages). You also have to send a copy of your proof of purchase with the waders.

We´d appreciate if you put a note together with your waders explaining why you want to return them. This is so that we understand why not everyone like our waders and how we can make them better.

How do you return your waders?

Just pack the waders in the original box with all the original tags attached, User Manual and welcome note. Then send them to the address below. Once we have received the waders one of our service technicians will do an assessment to see if the waders are clean and without damages. If everything is ok then you will have your money back on your account as soon as possible.
